- Administrative support upon company establishment covers first of all registration in the Commercial Register of the Czech Republic, i.e. completion of all the essential documents, connected notary’s services, as well as registration of the relevant taxes at the tax office in the locality of the company seat and opening of an account for banking contact within the territory of the Czech Republic. Also important is the appointment of an acting executive of the newly established company, and if applicable also further responsible persons authorized to sign documents. We are also capable of providing assistance in setting the amount of registered equity, and securing the procedure upon distribution thereof.

- We provide accounting services both on our own premises and in essential cases also in the client’s office. In addition to bookkeeping these services also cover cash-flow management, processing of accounting statements (balance sheets, assets and liability statements, profit and loss statements, statements of accounts – both monthly and annual), provision of information about customer activities, feasibility of individual business transactions and more.

- Processing of the payroll and personnel agenda for clients’ employees, including processing of payroll slips, securing of bank transfers into employees’ accounts, calculation of taxes, deduction of social and health insurance contributions, records of inability to work and claims for holiday, compilation of Income Tax Confirmations or Annual Incomes Confirmations and other services according to the individual needs of the client, as well as securing of valid contracts of employment according to the Labor Code of the Czech Republic, registration and deregistration of employees at social and health insurance institutions, personnel consultancy etc.

- Invoicing, recording of received invoices and payment thereof if we have access to the client’s bank account, monitoring of payment deadlines of invoices and sending of reminders in the case of delay

- Ledgers of liabilities and receivables – processing of synopses for client’s information

- VAT – assistance upon tax registration at the tax office for declaration of value added tax, compilation of regular tax returns (monthly or quarterly) for the relevant tax offices, securing of deduction of the relevant amount within the regular term, negotiations at tax office upon summons to clarify doubtful areas

- Processing of statements in the case of road tax, tax on income from dependent activity, windfall tax etc.

- Statistical statements/INTRASTAT – compilation of statements for the Statistical Office, processing of Intrastat for Customs Administration and other statistical synopses

- Cash-flow – compilation of regular statements

- Processing of reports (both monthly and annual, checks, consolidations) for the parent company, processing of annual statements of accounts, balance sheets etc. or other synopses and information also according to the individual wishes of the clients and within the required language version

- Tailor-made adaptation of SW: In the case that you do not have your own ERP system it is possible to use our SW via remote access. At the beginning of the co-operation there is first of all an analysis of your needs and requirements. An initial configuration of the SW shall be performed on the basis of this analysis, and user training shall take place. During the course of full operation the customer has access to online support in solving non-standard states or for explanation of individual SW functions.

- Legal and tax advice: For complicated and specific cases we have external tax advisors available, as well as experts with knowledge in the field of law

- Audit: We also co-operate with auditing firms and we are capable of securing any type of audit

- We secure translation services with the help of a translation agency – into any language version (including less frequently translated languages, e.g. Romanian etc.)
